This was our first time ordering from Susan and Pat. I took a chance in the spring after seeing the reviews and their website and ordered a 1/4 steer. They have beyond exceeded our expectations! The meat is high quality-it both cooks and tastes amazing. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. Their communication throughout the year was excellent and having a local pick up point made it easy to get our order when it was time. Can’t say enough good things about Sweetwater. We will definitely be returning customers next year and highly recommend!

Amazing beef, all natural and hormone free! The owners are amazing people who truly go out of their way to make their clients have a stress free purchase and delivery of the beef. I must say, this is my second year getting beef from Sweetwater Farm and I will never purchase anywhere else. I have a hard time even eating the beef from grocery stores pumped with hormones after tasting how much more amazing it is all natural. Also, I live in Colorado and these amazing owners have always made shipping the beef incredibly easy. They do tend to sell out every year because they have so many loyal customers so make sure you get a jump on it as soon as they start the sales for the new year to get the best cuts!!

Amazing beef! Have been getting there beef for over 2 years now and haven't looked back. Delicious beef at very reasonable prices. They offer whole, half, quarter, and eighth steers. Talking with the owners, you can tell they are extremely passionate about their product and service. They raise grass-fed and finished (and hormone free) steers in southern Colorado. Great family operation! Will absolutely continue getting all of my beef from Sweetwater Farm

Sweetwater Farm Natural Beef is the real deal---GRASS FED BEEF! no corn fillers ect. Susan and Pat hand pick their steers every Spring. The steers roam on the ranch all summer. Ordering your beef is so easy---just go online and select the amount of beef you want. Purchase your order soon, they sell out quickly!

I am a repeat buyer of SW beef (since the beginning) & like clockwork, place my order in the spring and pick up beef in the fall. I appreciate the blood, sweat, & tears Susan and Pat have put into making Sweetwater beef a reality. I've been fortunate enough to visit the farm twice, the steers live in a beautiful lush pasture nestled at the base of the San Juan mountains. The Conjeos river meanders through the property and the setting is absolutely stunning. Beyond the natural beauty, the proprietors really take great care of their livestock & provide a healthy environment for them. I am a big believer that you should "know your food," and yes, that means looking a cute-fuzzy beast in the eyes and knowing you will be eating that animal. We all should participate in sustainable food (plant and animals) and I applaud Pat and Susan for providing such great beef and at an affordable price. I use their beef for my home kitchen but also offer it to my clients (I am a professional chef). There are so many reasons to support SW Farm, thanks for providing a great, honest product!

Great beef at reasonable prices! They let you buy an eighth, quarter, half, or whole cow, and it comes butchered, packaged, and ready for storage in the freezer. The beef tastes great, and it's always a nice feeling to be at the grocery store and realize, "oh, that's right--I don't need to get any meat; I have half a cow's worth of beef at home!"

This is wonderful beef, hormone free, grass fed, humanely treated, and there is no feed lot atrocity at the end of their lives. The owners are caring, dedicated, and they have always followed through with their product. It is important to be to buy meat from an organization that treats the animals and the environment right, and to eat high quality beef.
