Beautiful piece of quartz. Although the install was terrible. Had to make alterations to cabinet and they didn't tell anyone. The retaining clips weren't installed and they had to take the countertop up and that was when the alteration to the cabinet was discovered. Poor service and even poorer communication skills between the installers and the owners.

Wonderful service and a beautiful job. We got granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom and it was done quickly and efficiently.
In our master bathroom, the people who built the house had something uneven and the owner had a piece recut and brought back the next day to fix. Not their mistake but they fixed it.

Poor workmanship and customer service. The countertop is beautiful however the measurements were off which caused the plumbers to need to cut out sections of the wall in order to refit the sink pipes. The grout job throughout was messy and several seams for the countertop don’t come together correctly. Don’t count on a return call if you are unhappy.

Synergy Stone provided the Granite for my two bathroom remodels. To start with , when the two young men delivered the stone they tracked mud in my house on the carpet. We cleaned that up. After they installed the stone we saw wet spots in the stone, when we asked about it we were told it wasn't sealed properly and they would come back and do it. They never came back. The stone from Premier Surfaces in Pelham, Al. (*) that we used for our kitchen remodel was a much better quality, almost the same color, was sealed and have had no trouble with.

We went in to synergy stone really confused! First of all we had looked into solid surface countertops white Corian then we looked into Alabama marble, then we looked into soapstone then we looked into for Micah then we looked into quartzite and quartz.

The one thing we did know is that we wanted something with a little bit more of an updated/contemporary feel as we were going to use back painted glass sheets as our backsplash.

This is where CALLY stepped in! CALLY knew exactly where to point us! She straightened out all the misunderstanding and confusion we had around this drinks or pros and the cons of each material and then showed us the color options of the material that she felt like was the best fit for what we wanted.

We loved what she showed us, we loved how much clarification she was able to bring to the subject matter, and she had someone out measuring and a CAD drawing back to us within about four days – even though our home is in Birmingham.

I worked with Evan on the CAD drawing - there were a few minor tweaks that I wanted to make here and there and he came back with an eliopse which I love at the end of the counter that completely solved a number of issues for us. He also recommended with confidence that we could go up to a 2 inch overhang on the front of our cabinets as long as our drawers came all the way out and there would not be any weird shadows or strange appearance created by having the deeper overhang. Evan also talked me through where each of the seams would need to be and why those particular locations were chosen and the process they went through to ensure that those seems did not collect dirt, food, moisture -creating cleaning or health problems.

I approved the second CAD drawing and within two days Joe and his installation team were on site and installing the tops. I had planned to be at home for the install but could not be at the last minute, But it went perfect!

We could not be more pleased with the consulting, installation and final results of our new white quartzite countertops and I can highly recommend synergy stone’s products, and their hard-working, knowledgeable staff without any hesitation. If I ever have another project like this I know I will go back to synergy Stone! Rick Haberstroh
