We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening and had the pastrami sandwich. That sandwich was fantastic!! We loved the building and the layout of the restaurant's ground floor (we didn't check out the upstairs). The service was super-fast and everyone was very friendly. My only disappointment was that they did not have very many of their beers on tap that day. I guess it is hard to keep up with demand if everyone is drinking them dry :).

Nice brewery! Had five beers while here; two DIPA’s, an altbier, doppelbock, and a vanilla cream ale…everything was enjoyable for its style with my favorites being the altbier and cream ale. The DIPA was the weakest of the four, but still had something to offer. I also sampled the stout and enjoyed that as well. The building itself is great and gives off a lot of history. The patio area also has very nice views. The inside is a bit standard, but provides good seating options with very nice bar stools. There’s also an arcade game, Jenga, and various tables games as well. Staff were very friendly during my visit and definitely elevated the experience. Glad there is finally a brewery in Darien!

If inflated food prices irritate you as bad as they do me, you won't be bothered here. It's worth every penny. Thick Italian, great flatbread, golden pub chips, and good locally brewed beer. Awesome atmosphere with some out door seating overlooking the river - gonna shoot for a sunset next. And yes - the bar stools are comfy.

Wow, this place is great. The renovations are beautiful. The food was good the atmosphere and ambiance are very pleasant. The service was fast and the food was tasty. I highly recommend this place. Bringing some magic to downtown Darien

Charming historic interior seating, a patio overlooking the water, and ample beverages. We tried all three local brews on tap and were very pleased; there's also a full bar for mixed drinks. We didn't try the food but the meals served up definitely looked delicious. Service was prompt and friendly.

An amazing venue, but a mediocre scene. The best part of the place is the window in the floor showing the tabby foundation of the building that once stood there. The building has so much character there wasn’t any left for the interior. The selection of liquor is average and the house brewed beers are less than average. For a brewery in a historic, coastal town, the beers are uninspired and have no connection to the area. If you’re interested in an IPA whose recipe was copy/pasted from the beginners guide at the homebrew shop, this bar is just your speed.

Excellent beer, flatbread, and service! The The Double Darien and the Lighthouse Lager were very tasty, nicely balanced. Kelly was so nice and helpful, definitely makes us want to come back soon. The history of this old building is so impressive!

New Brew Pub in Darien, GA
This new brew pub in Darien is a fantastic addition to the town! Housed in a beautifully preserved historic building, it boasts a wonderful atmosphere and an incredibly friendly staff.

The menu is full of delicious options. I highly recommend the pastrami sandwich, but if you enjoy spice, the roast beef with Calabrian chili dressing is an absolute must-try.

A special shout-out goes to the incredibly comfortable bar stools!
Overall, this brew pub is a fantastic spot with something for everyone.
