Tech Hourly was fantastic. We had a complicated Mantle Mount and a traditional TV mount that we needed installed. Scheduling with them was very easy on their website. Pricing was also reasonable and very straightforward. The guys that came out were professional and did a great job. They also do a lot more than just TV mount installations.

Excellent built-in communication from an immediate automated email confirmation of the appointment, an automated email reminder about the appointment, and the techs called on their way, and arrived during their scheduled time frame. The techs offered good suggestions and were friendly & efficient. We will definitely use Tech Hourly again, and we have already recommended them to another family.

Don't know how they have 4.5 star. Awful!!!
My experience with Tech hourly was awful. Scheduled 8am appointment online. Got automated confirmation and reminder on time. With a warning of $49 cancellation charge (fair enough). The messages say 2 hr. arrival window. In the day of after 30 mins past 8 I start to wonder and Inquire. No real person you can talk to. And the online response was they may have another job and will b here no later than 10. But 8am is the first job so what other job? Sure, but can you at least confirm someone is "actually" on their way? Nope! I contacted again at 9:30 and they finally said will check with operations. And now it's 20 mins past 10 and it's a no-show. And they spoke like a pro who would respect their customers time as well since they warned about $49 fee. Thanks for ruining my day!!! I absolutely do not recommend them!!!

Extremely poor business practices. Scheduled an appointment through their website to this morning. Understand that they have a two hour window to show. Three hours after scheduled appointment, no contact from either technician or company. Tried the Let's Chat on their website, they were checking on the status of my appointment and that's it. Called the number on the website, voicemail states will return call within 5-10 minutes. No call back. if I can give them zero stars, I would. If you value your time like I do, I would definatley seek tech installation from some other company.

Very disappointed in my experience. I hired them to mount a TV. The gentleman arrived after the two hour time window provided and an hour after he called saying it would be 30 minutes. Showed up in a truck with a different company's branding and wasn't wearing anything to suggest he was from this company. Initially told me he had the correct tilt mount needed with him and then said he actually didn't and that my options were to either buy a more expensive mount from him or reschedule for another time. Then said he would be able to relocate an outlet but after he started drilling into the wall said he couldn't. Promised they would have someone call me to arrange for the holes he left to be patched, but no one ever called. Now I'll just have my own handyman come patch the holes they left. The TV is mounted, so I guess the purpose of their services were met, but unlikely to use again.

Their crew showed up timely, helped with planning a Night Owl security system, customer service was outstanding, and troubleshot/fixed any problem that came up. They also did well with cleaning up and delivering a great finished product. I would hire them again.

I have used Tech Hourly twice and both times have been GREAT!! They arrive within the window, they are knowledgeable of the tech they are handling, they are professional and most of all they careful with my equipment. they will be my GO TO tech company for any tech work that I don't want to do in my home.
