HUGE shoutout to Trent! My IGX800 was having some issues and not running right, was out of work trying to figure it out. I took it to Trent and with 30-45 min he had a solution and the part already on the way!! Very knowledgeable on these machines and got me back in the streets with my rig in less then a few days. Highly recommend if you are having ANY issues with your machines, no other option but T&H. GREAT PRICING and AMAZING customer service. I capitalize those words because they go above and beyond to make sure client is happy and back to work!

Trent is great to work with. He is very informative and explains what needs to be done to fix your equipment. I thought I bought a top of the line pressure washer with pump, but come to find out, it was not the equipment I thought it was. I couldn’t afford to have my equipment down and not running. Trent explained to me what needed to be done and the best options for me. He replaced my pump at a stellar price and now my pressure washer is better than new. I will only go to Trent for my all my equipment service needs!
