Very cool high school football stadium with lots of great history. A rock at one end that players rub before entering the field just like Clemson. The scoreboard is the old Sanford Stadium scoreboard! Very cool! The stands are mostly made of granite because after all it is in Elberton which is the Granite Capital of the US! Very neat place to visit if you’re in the area

A bit old & run down. The whole layout is not friendly towards older folks and the handicapped. Very hard stone seats, uneven staircases & large gaps at places make me want to NEVER visit this stadium again.

This stadium is old but neat. Be careful when walking to find your seat! Very big step drops to make your way towards the middle bleachers.

Historic stadium. So be prepared.

Parking is hard to find and you will probably walk quite a ways to get to the entrance.

Make sure you bring something to sit on. Seats are granite except where there are bleachers.

Bathrooms were dirty and no paper towels or toilet paper on the home side. Visitor side was clean and well stocked.

As amazing as this Stadium carved out of granite is it's old and dilapidated while walking on the guest side I tripped on uneven pavement and rock twice and fell down once three of the exits are blocked instead of fixing them they just covered them with fencing enclosed them so everyone has to be guided back towards the center through the crowd for elderly people the bowl is not very friendly you have to sit up by the bathrooms I'm sure that Elberton side is very modern and updated

Parking was a bit of a hassle. I had honestly expected more of the granite stadium but it looked like it had been built from granite scraps over several weekends 50 years ago...and likely would not pass inspection if built today. Humankind was building much better stone structures 5,000 years ago. There were fire ants living in the stands. However, the people of Elberton were very friendly and welcoming. They deserve a more magnificent granite stadium.
