We went here for the first time to get filet mignon for my birthday dinner. The butcher was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention that they were the BEST steaks we've EVER HAD in our entire life! We literally cut 1 1/2 inch steaks with our forks! We will most definitely be back! I also highly recommend their garlic seasoning!
