The Meat Shop is an outstanding butcher shop providing local, humanely raised meats... Some organic, some open pasture... All good. No factory farming. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and can customize orders. Beef, pork, birds and few fish plus other meats like bison, venison, organs and more. Lots of custom sausages, patties, etc. Great place!

This is the real deal from the tallow to the bone marrow all awesome quality. Picked up some roast beef recently and ill never go back to a large grocer i couldnt stop eating it. The difference from others it crazy i used to never eat ground beef but here its fatty and perfect.

Really disappointed with this place, picked out a thick bone in ribeye to make for thanksgiving and after cooking it to a perfect medium rare it was one of the driest and toughest ribeye steak I’ve had. I also was lied to when I went in and asked for beef ribs, i specifically asked for bone in beef/short ribs and when I got home and cooked what I thought were beef ribs turns out I was sold some boneless beef roast that was 70% fat and 30% meat, it was so dry and disgusting it was inedible.
