I can’t say enough about this butcher shop. It’s amazing. I drive 40 minutes to shop here. The staff is amazing. And Victor always has great cuts of meat etc. they also have accessories for your meal.
The steaks I pictured are Prime NY Wagyu, Prime filet. Also, the prices for Prime are fantastic. I highly recommend.

Best pork chop I ever put in my mouth, maybe the best piece of meat! We got the prime bone-in pork chops and seasoned them with finely chopped fresh rosemary, olive oil and Kinder’s The Blend and my husband cooked them on the Blackstone. We paired them with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus which were delicious compliments to the meat. Even my husband, a classically trained former executive chef, said it was the best he’d ever had, and he eats at restaurants all over the country while traveling for work. Our kids (2-17 years old) asked if we could get them more often…the youngest can’t ask yet but he sure devoured his dinner! Not only was the meat fantastic, but the service at the store was wonderful. Everyone served us with a cheerful attitude and kind words, while busy and about to close too! I highly recommended buying your meat here. If you’re visiting be sure to stock up for your trip and take some home with you. Whatever you do, don’t miss out!

I’d been looking for a good butcher shop for a while so I stopped in Oink & Moo. They have a super clean shop with a large selection of fresh meats. I was looking for a cut of beef but they turned me onto Compart Farms Duroc pork chops. I was a little skeptical at first but after seeing the chops I was excited to give them a try. They were SO easy to cook (salt, pepper, and 10 minutes on the grill) and by far the absolute best I’ve ever had.

I also asked about custom cuts for special occasions, and they quickly and happily obliged. If you enjoy meats/poultry you should DEFINITELY stop in Oink & Moo! They are my new favorite shop!

An outstanding establishment! The quality of meats is fantastic. Our family had a variety of their beef products while visiting from Atlanta. The customer service is exemplary. I cannot wait to come back and try other meats. A hidden gem. We stayed in Blue Ridge but had to come here. Kudos to the owners and staff!!

Amazing steaks! Just in town for the weekend and this place popped up on quick search. So glad it did. Great selection, premium cuts, and friendly service. Ask for Spinalis Steaks! I had never seen them before, but they were unbelievable. I also picked up filets and NY Strips. My family has talked about how good the steaks were for days.

The must stop butcher shop! if you anywhere close to The Oink & Moo Butcher Shop you should make sure this is on your list. We found this shop last year on our annual mountain trip. Last year we just had steak. This year we had steak & pork chops. They were delicious. Victor is such a great owner & takes time to explain different varieties of meat & the best way to prepare them. We can’t wait to see you again next year!!

I really like this market, the meats are very good, the customer service is wonderful. The one complaint we have is driving for 40 minutes and finding out they are closed, when google/& website says open. My husband drove there today to buy something nice for my birthday to find out they are closed with a sign on the door. This is the 3rd time this has happened. My suggestion would be to update your website/social media account, etc.

We stopped by yesterday to see what kind of selection they offered. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was truly awesome! Everyone was super nice and very informative. We purchased some market ground beef and some wings. Made some delicious burgers this evening with the ground beef and they were absolutely stellar! Highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for quality meats!
