Update: want to clear the air. I was upset this morning communication was lost somewhere but after talking to the "operation manager" and the gentleman who I belive was the owner. I'm giving them back 5 stars. I understand they feel overwhelmed with adjustments and changes to there company but the amount of concern they had for me before this process and what they just showed me right now 100% changed my view on them.
I do have to say out of honesty I hope I never have to talk to that one girl on the phone ever again. However, if that's my worst experience in working with this team. Then they showed me there best afterwards. I sincerely appreciate the call back I appreciate the desclating of the situation. Regardless of the affidavit and the notice of serving not getting sent to me when I was told it would. They did deliver literally the next day. Maxwell worked with me on the payment amount. Not a lot of companies do that. Hoping they let me in the future use them again. Again thank you for deescalating the issue. Calling me right away. 5 out of 5

My name is Emonnee, I was looking for a process server and they are exactly that! I called them Sunday with the location and paper work needing to be served and bright and early Monday morning the person was served. First try! I am extremely happy and would highly recommend and use them again! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Quick an easy process! They got the job done and that's all I can ask for! I cannot be more thrilled with the job valley wide did. Lacy made an effort to call me back from having missed. They offer a very competitive and affordable rate. I was attempting to get a small claims served. The certified mail failed. They were my last option and I believe either the next day or day after, they had successfully served directly. I cannot express my gratitude and the efficacy of valley wide servers.

Should be interesting to see how this ends for me. I spoke to the server on a Friday morning and got a quote .. 3 attempts to serve $185 . When I spoke to him in person he told me it would be $185 x 2 . Not sure where he came up with that number. I told him that would be a no. That is not the price I was quoted. He said he was going to “ help me out and do 3 attempts for $185. “ I have asked him to show up a few miles from his office a couple of times when I knew he could serve my person because the car was there. No he couldn’t do that. I asked him to show up next week to a school event that my person would be attending he said , “No”. This morning he told me , “ it is all about the money.. my time costs! “ I thought that was what the $185 was for:( I wish I would not have ignored my gut feeling after he tried to double the price he quoted me on the phone. I don’t expect results from this guy. He truly does not care. Like he said it’s all about the money and once he got the money .. his job was done.

Do not hire this company. AVOID. They are scammers. The affidavit of service was for the wrong court, had the wrong date and time, and did not have the correct name of the party served. After days of asking for a correct affidavit and after being paid, I have been ghosted. I will likely need to re-serve and will likely need to sue them for return of my payment. I am a lawyer and I hired them because my regular process server was on vacation. Worst company I have used in 42 years.

Warning: This guy will take your money and stop taking your calls. It’s been a week and he’s made ONE attempt in a time sensitive situation involving young children. I’ve called several time to let him know where the person is- and he says it’ll cost extra to go at a certain time. Thought I was making his job easier. But if you have no intention of actually doing your job- I guess not. Avoid this guy at ALL COSTS!

I used this company 5 years ago and was very satisfied then. This time around they have lost an enormous amount of professionalism, and their communication has exceedingly dropped. I received timely updates about my first serving 5 years ago, this time around it's been roughly 10 business days and I haven't heard anything even after reaching out via email and phone call.
