The Rack Depot is my go to place for all things warehouse storage. They were not the cheapest quote I got but after seeing their materials I understood why. Used racks in good condition are hard to find. From their quick response, superior installation and customer service, I will definitely be using them to finish my warehouse as I expand. Love the Rack Depot! They came to my rescue and helped out my crew with a last minute rack order and install! I had originally ordered from another company I was referred to by my neighbor but they showed up with beat up racks, I could not accept them. I had a container coming in and needed these racks up asap. Emily was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had our racks in less than a day. Really appreciate them!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

This has been a terrible experience from the beginning. I reached out to Emily at Rack Depot to purchase and install new shelving for our warehouse. We needed help understanding sizing and she quickly stopped responding to my emails.

After calling in and having another person reach out, Emily started responding again but was extremely rude.

The install was a nightmare. We were charged $200 for delivery and it was clearly stated on the invoice a forklift was needed. They didn’t bring one and there was only 1 person on the delivery. We had to borrow a forklift from a generous neighbor and had to assist in the delivery. We called Emily right away and she was extremely rude and not apologetic at their mistake at all. In fact she claimed the driver “didn’t know what he was talking about.”

He wasn’t able to unload the truck without a forklift. He said so himself.

After trying to dispute the charge Emily told me it’s in the contract we signed and we should be happy she didn’t charge more.

All around, this is sneaky, unprofessional and rude and not worth working with.

Great price, install is fine, but bad service. They have a lot of used inventory to save you money. The onsite install is good and passes city inspection. The bad: their design and permitting process takes a very very long time (I'm referring to their design & engineering time, not length of city plan check which is out of anyone's control) and you've got to chase updates. Also, they issue unexpected added costs for items they claim they mistakenly didn't include, etc.

Had them come out 4 times for my business and spent over 15k and everything was fine until I decided to change the shelf heights… The instal was horrid and 80% or more of the uprights weren’t installed correctly making it impossible to take shelves off or even add new ones. Getting them to fix their work is practically impossible. It makes sense they charge cash cause I am sure chargebacks would be plentiful. They did come fix them when we had our last install but then we told him, “Make sure the shelves can move on new ones as well.” Well that didn’t happen so he came out 2 weeks later unannounced after repeated attempts to get them to fix the work and begrudgingly fixed them with a very unprofessional attitude all the while trying to say that’s just how the racks work… I am so sure… definitely will not be going back here for future racking systems. I suggest anyone who buys has their own installers

It is disappointing to have Emely Hernandez, the sales manager with soft customer service skills. It took her all day to send a quote and the quote was incorrect. On the phone, she projects her self with no interest on helping the customer and has a take or leave attitude.
