Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service. The moment we walked into this UPS Store, the owner flat-out refused to help us with no explanation. We had a large rug rolled up and she immediately screamed at us she would not take it and it needed to be in box. We tried to explain that it did not come in a box and she just continued to cut us off and said she not taking us as a customer. When I asked for her name, she aggressively shouted, “The owner!” It was a completely unprofessional and unnecessary interaction. If you value respect and basic customer service, take your business elsewhere.

I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone in business and it’s completely unacceptable for a business owner to conduct herself with so little civility and respect. It was simply the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I was denied service because she didn’t like my attitude. She was completely disrespectful the entire time from the moment I entered the store. I really hope she can hire someone kind who knows how to treat people otherwise maybe she shouldn’t be in business. I highly recommend going to any other location because the owner as she so proudly identified herself is a real piece of work.

Absolutely terrible experience at this UPS store. As soon as we walked in, the owner, Merry F., was unbelievably rude for no reason. No greeting, no basic customer service—just straight attitude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her just by existing. I’ve never had such an unprofessional and unwelcoming interaction at a business. If you hate dealing with customers, maybe don’t run a store that requires it?

As stated in other reviews, she’ll slap it in your face that she’s “the owner,” as if that justifies her awful attitude. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. I’ll also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau because no customer should be treated this way.

2 stars because they do take my amazon returns, however there is a woman that works at this location that needs some serious charm schooling (younger, dark hair, glasses). It is a shipping and mailbox store not the IRS for goodness sakes. She first told me it is OK to have a package sent there then told me it will be rejected because they are not a corporate location they are a independent owner location. I asked if they could make an exception since the package is in route, she said no because I don't have a mail box. So I was going to get a box so I could get my package and she had a very hard time understanding my simple questions. Then it turns out I could NOT get a mail box because I didn't happen to have two pieces of mail with my address on them. I was trying to ask her that if I had a mail box what would the address look like, I was asking because their business address is a suite so if they include the mail box number it would be a confusing address with a double number i.e. 100 first Ave suite 150 box 435, Tucson, AZ -or- 100 1st Ave Suite 150-435 Tucson, AZ. It would totally defeat the purpose of having a business address. point is she just could not understand my question, this is a concern, I would not want to discuss an issue with an important mailing, I could see it would not go well. I would avoid this location, plus you must pay to park near the store. incidentally I am not getting my package, apparently it was delivered there and now it needs to be rejected so it can be returned so that I can wait for a refund so I can reorder to another address. So that I can waste 2 weeks not having my item. All they had to do was make a small exception let me show them a valid state ID for my package charge me 5 or 10 dollars and be done with it. But no, they would rather hang me out to dry. I really dislike places like this. The reason she gave was they are independent (independently owned), well they should be going above and beyond to grow their business not find reasons to justify their lameness.

**Terrible Experience at This UPS Store**

I went to this UPS store yesterday to ship a package, and the experience was awful. The employee was incredibly rude, insisting on seeing the exact contents of my package even after I explained what was inside. I felt my privacy was being invaded, and when I declined to show more details, I was asked to leave the store.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Their staff lacks respect for customer privacy and shows poor customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this location unless you want to be treated poorly.

**One star is too generous.**

Quick, seamless experience while returning an Amazon package. Folks, please read the return instructions by Amazon carefully! If they ask you to pack your box yourself, just do it. I went there after seeing so many negative reviews but as long as you follow the instructions it's a very easy and smooth process.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this UPS store at all costs!!!!!! The red headed lady working behind the counter was incredible vindictive and snarky when I asked for clarification on what was wrong with my return. I’m telling all my friends and family in the area not to come here unless they enjoy being insulted or are appreciative of condescending behavior. Judging from other reviews on here (and Yelp) this is a common customer experience at this location.

I walked in with a big package to return from Amazon and the redheaded woman at the desk came at me so aggressively for no reason about how she can’t accept that and she’s “not ups, not wearing a brown shirt, it’s the UPS STORE”

I calmly explained that this is the packaging it came in via ups and she put her hand up at me rattling off again about how she won’t accept it.

I went to a nearby store and had no problem.

Fine accepting the “no” but this person was so insanely rude for absolutely no reason - and wasted my time!

Save your time and go to another location!
