So I needed to do a background check and found this location that is open 6 days a week. They take walk ins and it was with and easy; however, the cost was a bit expensive. The staff were super friendly and very helpful to ask their customers. It’s a super small location and a warehouse kinda feel when you walk in. The place was a bit hard to initially find as the gps took me to a nearby location but I called and they gave me more specific directions.

Christian & Luis were a huge help today and I’m super grateful for the amazing Customer Service I received from them today! Store is very busy first thing in the morning and after 4 pm but very easy to get in and out quick in off periods, Louis is very helpful, offers home notary service and his clerk Cathy is very friendly and helpfup

I went in wanting to ship out a pc but the cost of shipping ended up being so high ($250!). Thankfully however, they were able to change the dimensions of the box and were able to bring it down to 150! They were such a great help to me and I recommend if anyone needs to ship anything, go with these guys!

Is unusual to find store vendors these days who take the time to make someone feel welcome and provide personal service. Louis was working with a woman when I came in who was very upset and yelling at him because he wouldn’t take a free return that same to her through the regular mail- USPS. He repeatedly and calmly explained why he couldn’t- even though she continued to yell and finally swore at him and walked out. Silliness. Later, I went back for another shipment. Again, same courteous service- from everyone behind the counter to each customer in their busy store. I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

this store is tiny! that means it gets packed and busy. the day I visited there was a line of about 5 people, but they quickly took care of everyone. the people at the counter know exactly what they're doing with quick efficiency and knowledge.
