I had Thomas Home Services out last year to replace a hot water heater. I received a text and phone call informing me about a Fall Check Up special. I decided to take advantage. Cody Thomas showed up in the time window. A text was sent giving me his name and telling me he was on his way. He was nice, professional and efficient. He was a great representation of a successful company. I will call I’m the future if repairs and maintenance are needed and hope it’s him again or someone of the same caliber. I absolutely recommend you check out Thomas Home Services for your repair needs.

I am not happy with Thomas Appliance Repair. I do not recommend them! They told me it would only be $89 for them to come out and tell me what’s wrong with my washing machine. Well after they did there inspection and told me what was wrong with it, they charged me $289!! This was just for them to tell me what was wrong with it!! No work done it to fix it. Just to tell me what’s wrong with it. My husband is furious! Do not use this company. They will stick you with a higher bill than what they tell you their service call will be. * update- I called them and they were very nice and agreed this wasn’t right. They said they will reimburse me the $200. When this hits my card in 7-10’days I will update/delete my review. I’m actually very impressed they made this right.

Our Fridge was not cooling properly, and the home warranty folks wanted to have us wait 2 weeks to have someone look at it, let alone to repair it. Thomas Home Services had someone scheduled to see it in 3 days. Minor issue with the thermostat and Kelly H. is knowledgeable and reliable.

Bryan came out for an ac tune up. He told me what NEEDED to be fixed and what didn’t. He didn’t try to up charge me and worked quickly. Showed me before and after what he was doing/did so that I know the requested work was performed. Very personable and friendly. We have an hvac company that we’ve always used but this company and Bryan specifically were wonderful! Highly recommend.

My home warranty program assigned Thomas Home Services to view and repair my AC that had stopped working. Bryan Miranda was punctual, pleasant, professional, and friendly. He walked me through the processes of diagnosing the wiring of my Thermostat, along with the series of tests and visual verifications he went through to diagnose that my AC was broken and needed replacement. John, Bryan’s manager, arrived to assist in the paperwork and discussions in regards to replacing the unit and made the process easy to understand and simple to pursue. Finally Joseph Platt and his associate were very kind and efficient in getting the new unit installed the very next day.

Overall Thomas Home Services delivered wonderful quality and customer service. I was very concerned after reading some of their negative reviews but they proved those wrong and then went far above and beyond what I could have expected. They’ve officially earned not only my business but some customer loyalty because of how well they treated me as a customer.

You’re a technician Alex arrived on time was very patient since I wasn’t dressed yet… He was informative professional totally thorough showed photos of the systems that he inspected. He explained the receipt format so I could easily read and know how to interpret Thomas Svc recommendations
. Excellent service I look forward to using this company in the future should anything break down or chess to update my system
