I have not only worded with Thompsons on one account, but 3. I can not praise them enough,,,when I would call no matter when they were there, with a smile on their face. I have done business with them for over 30 years, and never a mess up....Each time I am sent to set up another building, I work so hard to get them as my suppliers...Located owned, friends, church family. My experience with Thompson Manufacturing was horrible. They move at their pace, which is slower than molasses in January. The owner Edward Thompson is so disrespectful. They have no professionalism and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE! They are a big joke and its a wonder why they are still in business. I hope more people step up and truly disclose who this company really is!
