Came in not long ago and bought a Pelican cooler and needed to know about some equipment that I would be needing soon and ended up staying for a good while! With that being said nothing but great things to say about Quentin and Chris at the front desk two great hard working and nice individuals that are leading that store in the right direction. I rented for the first time with Thompson Rental in Hanceville Al. this past weekend, Chris Teer and I had been planning this for a few months and either weather or my Job always seemed to get in the way. But finally got to rent a D1/D3 Dozer, It was almost new, the absolute nicest dozer I have ever gotten to operate and the A/C system was phenomenal it operated flawlessly. Chis made the rental process easy and gained a loyal customer. The guys in the back were super helpful on loading and unloading. I look forward to many more rentals in the future. Thanks to Thompson Tractor it's not easy for an Individual to rent heavy equipment.

Always a great experience working with the people here. The location is also very convenient for people in the Cullman area. I have been to the Hanceville store many times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially, the cute blonde gentleman that works up front!
