I'm sure these are a talented group of guys that work here. There work speaks for itself. However management could really use some work. I brought a small peice of stainless that needed maybe a 1/2 inch weld put on it. I brought it monday around lunch and didn't call to bother them until thursday afternoon. I was told they were busy and he would for sure have it done by friday evening. Friday at 3:30 came and i gave them a call. Guess what? You guessed it now it will be Monday or Tuesday. Clear communication is definitely needed in there day to day operation. It didn't matter to me if it took 2 years to do the task that's fine. But don't give me the run around on when i should expect the weld to be done and it not be done. Especially when it's less than 5 minutes of work.
