They were to fix my mini-split. Under warranty they replaced the guts of the system. It started leaking water inside our home and told us it was condensation. It never had condensation before they supposedly fixed it. Now we have towels on the carpet to collect the water. Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. They were supposed to come today and never showed and never called. I want my MONEY back. Do yourselves a favor and never call them.

This company and the techs (Steven & Justin to be exact) are lifesavers! Steven & Justin came out and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having. They explained it to me in detail and told me my options. Throughout the entire interaction, I was very pleased that I made the call to Tom Salley, Inc. to get my HVAC looked at. And they were finished in no time once they got the correct part. Plus, all of this on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend this company every single time to anyone having issues with their HVAC unit. Thank you so much!

We felt so good about choosing Tom Salley to upgrade our AC unit. Our neighbor raved about Tom after he replaced their AC unit so we choose them too. We upgraded our very OLD unit to the appropriate size and got all new duct work under the house after previous remodeling contractors crushed it. Tom and his crew knew their stuff and educated us along the way. We never felt like we were being upsold. They installed 3 new ducts inside to help with cooling our hot rooms and had suggestions of other improvement options. Since the new unit was installed, we've had another contractor come to work on another job under the house and he commented what a GREAT job Tom Salley's group did with the details saying he'd seen so many jobs where other AC people cut corners under the house. Our unit has been humming along beautifully for 18mos now and I have the peace of mind knowing the job was done right. That counts a lot for me! Definitely recommend.

I was so pleased with the workmanship, quality of work and professionalism of Jake who installed ductwork for me and a UV light in my HVAC ductwork. He and his coworker were timely and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Salley and particularly Jake for any HVAC related work. Thanks Jake

Can't say enough good things about Stephen Salley and the team. Very helpful. Never tried to oversell me. Very thorough in explaining my options and their to help throughout the entire process. I really felt like they worked as if it was their own house which is really rare these days. Highly recommend.

They say they will do the job, make you wait all next day, then that night tell you they can't help you. "Maybe three days from now we can fix your a/c". Because some other businesses called and need their help. Likes to hang up on people too! Thanks for nothing! They shouldn't promise people to fix when they can't.
