We send all our pigs to Tonopah and drive 3 hours to get to them, passing several other butchers. The shop is clean, the service is great, the follow up is the fastest of any butcher we've used. I drop off pigs in the afternoon, the next morning I'm getting photos and hanging weights. I sometimes wait WEEKS to get that info from other processors.

We also get what we ask for, which seems like a simple task, but other processors have driven us crazy with their laziness and incompetence. We also get MORE of our pork and fat back than other processors. Our pigs average 30lbs of extra fat, which we always want back, some processors give us none, the most I've gotten back from others has been 7lbs.

We breed and raise out hogs for a living. I do not trust any other processor. 100% of our personal pigs and shares come here. You won't be disappointed.

It’s a very clean place. That was the first thing we noticed. We met the owners and they’re very friendly and down to earth people.
