In one line: Ivan is very dedicated person.
I needed a new shower door installed, I found him on google, he responded and arrived on time, and perfectly installed the rolling glass shower door in a very neat and clean manner. Somehow due to my shower pan being installed misaligned an not being in proper level, the doors wouldn’t shut properly. I reached out to him again and he came back in next day without any hesitation and fixed the problem at the root level so both the glass panels slide and close seamlessly. He is very passionate about the quality of work that he does. I’m pretty sure I’ll be calling him again for any other home improvement needs as well! Great work!!

Edit: since the first review, I got Ivan’s help on multiple new projects in last few months, and he has always been very professional and great to work with. He understands the project, and does the work with 100% commitment and dedication.
He’s gso good, has now become like a friend to us who is always ready to help.

Ivan is a life saver. luckily, I was able to get in contact with Ivan while he was on another job. I needed a same day repair, and he was the only one able to make it happen. He takes pride in doing things the right way, and he really helped me get out of a jam. Highly recommended!

Truly the best handyman in town. Ivan has always been so responsive and reliable. He has worked on my house from installing fans to redoing the kitchen and his attention to detail leaves me in awe every time. I will continue to use Tracy handyman services as long as i live in Tracy and will always recommend to my friends and family.

I needed help with a full remodel in my master bath. I called Ivan based on his reviews and was not disappointed!
I can’t say enough great things about the work he did. He is a very skilled and professional carpenter. He worked at my home many days. Always on time, courteous, cheerful, and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.
Most importantly he created a beautiful perfectly finished full bath remodel for me and I couldn’t be happier!

Highly satisfied with the side gate that he built and installed for us. It is a piece of really good craftsmanship. Ivan himself was very professional and accommodating. He addressed all of our concerns. He was very timely and efficient.

Mr, Aciego was knowlegeable and very friendly. He installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom and a fan in our family room. He left all areas very clean. We will be calling him again in the near future.
