True Loo was the company The Georgia Apple Festival chose to use. This company was continually cleaning all their porta pots, refilling soap, & towels. They did a great job keeping everything restocked & cleaned. I even spoke to one of the workers and she was also very friendly.

I own a construction company and I work with many waste services companies including this one but after 3 yrs of being their customer unfortunately they forgot how to run a company and keep their clients happy. The drivers are too lazy to get out of the truck and find someone at the construction site to move a vehicle if it’s blocking the portable, there is always someone around that can help but they don’t even bother. They picked up the portable before the agreement expired and don’t even refund the difference. It’s a shame that a company that probably has worked very hard to build a reputable business won’t care anymore about losing their customers.

I’ve used dozens of portable Jon services over the past 25 years. True Loo is absolutely the best and it’s not even close.
Nice units, very clean, always serviced on time. Simply put, I couldn’t ask for any better service.
I’ve never given a Google Review, good or bad. But these guys service has been so good I felt it was the right thing to do to give them some credit publicly.

Use somebody else, lazy workers won't try to find someone to move a vehicle, it's a construction site there's someone around that can help but no they write blocked on the ticket and run away
