I arrived on Saturday 10 hours earlier than my appointment time and there was only one truck getting unloaded I was in and out in an hour. I really don’t know what made my experience so easy.
Must have clean and debris, free trailer, and absolutely must have two low lights. If not, they will send you 3 miles away to the Petro. The place smells awesome so hopefully you’ve eaten before you get there

Anyone picking up a load here with their semi truck needs to bring two load locks or they will not load you. You must also have a clean debris free trailer, or they will not load you. Finally you must have your DOT number with you at check in or they will not give you the paperwork to fill out. So far, this has not been a stellar pick up for me. Even though my trailer was pre-cooled, I have still been sitting here for well over an hour (almost an hour and a half) after coming back with my load locks from the truckstop. Hopefully, once they come out to inspect the trailer and temperature, they will let me back into the dock. If it is not clean enough, I will have to go back to the truck washout approximately 7 miles back.

Please add signage!!! No signage is outside driver check-in. No one was inside the driver check-in area and there was no signage telling me what time anyone would arrive or giving me a number to call. No one came in until 30 minutes after my appointment time. There was one chair to sit on, but I did not want to sit on it since it was dirty (uncleanable) fabric. I stood for almost 30 minutes. Please add signage to communicate to drivers when no one is around to greet us. For drivers: check in is the 1st set of stairs on the far back side of the bldg after all the docks. Tyson entrance is at Lineage gate. The man who unloaded me was great! He was courteous and efficient.

Arrived at 6:50 AM. My appointment was between 0700 and 1200, it’s 9 o’clock still no dock door, now security just came and told us it’ll probably be tomorrow before they can get to us
But they keep taking trucks in and some keep going back to load unload
Like your time is worth nothing just keep us waiting
Horrible!!!

UPDATE:!
It’s 1 o’clock still here at Tyson waiting to be unloaded. Got here at 6:50. They are literally unloading one truck at a time. Still 5 trucks in front of me, I feel lucky to be done before they close!
Gotta love these shippers and receivers that have no respect for drivers time, knowing that’s how we make money .

It’s 15:22 and still waiting to be unloaded! 8 hrs!!! Been in back for 3 hrs and one truck has moved away from the door!
8 hours!!!!!
I won’t be buying any Tyson products anytime soon!!

20:00 I’m finally unloaded!! 13 hours later!

Waited for more than 8 hours, after that waiting for breaking seal, unloading took more than 4 hours, finally I got 11 hours driving. Wow!!!!

Scheduled delivery on 02/10 which is a Saturday arrived @1145 am was told that they weren't open and to come back on Monday morning. So had to sit and get a 34 at the Petro 3 miles down the road. It was a tyson to tyson load. Why schedule it I'd you don't even know your own hours...

Had a 1:30am appointment only to find out when I showed up that they aren't open 24 and I couldn't get through the gate until 4:30am and then I was told to wait until 5:45 before checking in. You have to come through the Lineage gate to drive around back through the tyson gate. The only plus is the last at the guard shack when so nice! I got docked at 6:10 and was unloaded with bills in hand by 7:45.
