Unhelpful lady at the door. Why isn't there a ups store in Globe? This location doesn't offer ups store customer service, why call this place ups customer center? What is this place even for, if we're unable to get assistance with our packages. I have to drive to Safford to get assistance with my package.

My mother has a hard time getting her adressed packages delivered to her but gets things that arent her address delivered to her. And they drop it off out but the shop and dont come to the door.

I would have gave it a higher rating but I just had a package rejected do to unknown address that I have had for 35 years go figure.

center is only open for 1 hour a day, mid morning, impossible for most to use. Nearest hub is 70 miles away. A wasted effort for UPS

If you catch them at their hours, you're lucky. Why just 1 hour?, Why not the 8 hour business day.
