I’m to blame myself for taking this load at the first place, I had a chance to check on this before I booked on this load. I’ve been here since 9:11 am, it is now 12:27, I’m not even halfway in that long line. Next time I’ll be paying more attention when it comes to pickup/delivery locations.

Horrible place to deliver. I hate usps because government employees are lazy. They want you to stand near the dock. They take hours to unload. I won’t be doing any more usps loads. Lazy people that just talk all day. They have no respect for the truckers time

I had an 1pm delivery today at this location it’s now 5:46pm as I’m writing this review. This is complete bs unacceptable and unprofessional. If your not gonna respect the drivers time why should we have to respect your pu/and delivery times if you don’t respect nor acknowledge them I’ve even to Walmart facilities faster then this dam place and when I pick up I have to wait till they finish their conversation to finish loading as if that gossip is more valuable then my time and money. Don’t come if you like to keep it rolling cause here you will be sitting… -5 stars

My package shipped from overseas and arrived at customs on 2/10. 2/15 it shipped to Palmetto and has yet to be scanned. It's still just sitting somewhere in the facility. The box is not unnoticeable, 30"x30"x15" and is a priority piece. No updates. No movement. Missing mail request filed and insurance claimed. Refund in hand....but my package? Nope. This is an absolute disregard for any type of customer service. Obviously the management is garbage. People should be held accountable. Bet I could find it in a day. Let me come visit.

Worst place to go as a truck driver, avoid to go there for delivery. 7 hours in a long, long line at the entrance, plus another 6 hours to unloading the trailer. Nobody says anything to the truckers, no respect and unprofessional. When you finally closer to the truck entrance, call to the number they can’t even give you a dock they just hung up the phone. Stop taking load for this place. Zero Star
