Valley National Bank - this particular branch, the Brookdale (Bloomfield) branch - far surpasses other banks for professionalism and competence. You’ll be in good hands here with bankers who are not only highly knowledgeable, but helpful and kind too. Case in point: Nakiyah S., the professional and friendly banker who handled our banking needs during a recent visit.

No need to patronize those national banking chains staffed by people who seem more like sales/marketing employees than banking professionals. You’ll be happier here!

Incredibly nice people work here always friendly and caring. I know especially these day people are very quick to complain but I wish everyone that uses this branch would post there wonderful experience. I go to at least 3 different banks a day and I understand life is hard these past years but honestly whatever is going on in the employees in this branch is left at the door as they really are all about the client and providing incredible service above and beyond everytime. There are some days I will drive 25 minutes just to use this branch knowing I will always receive a hello and an uplifting experience. Thank you again for being so kind I wish people would see this and just be a little more kind to each other.

Earlier Today I Came into Valley Bank looking to open up a mobile bank account, and let me Just say one thing the service is amazing I was blown away. when came into the bank the Personal Banker "Mrs.Bermudez" greeted me with such warmth it shocked me to my Core, the service was really good and I can only highly recommend this bank

Valley bank is Located on Broad Street in Bloomfield next to ShopRite this is my first time coming here but the service is amazing when I came in all the bank tellers they are greeted me and the service was really good and they all had a great sense of humor I highly recommend this bank
