The new website is awesome!! You can fill out cut sheets online and Email them in. I did this the day we dropped off the animal- made everything very easy!! The whole staff is great to work with and gets you exactly what you want!! Top notch folks!!

Always friendly to work with. Always do a really nice job with cutting and wrapping our beef. They are often booked several months ahead so you should call them well before you are ready to butcher.
