Broker told me the appt was at 0900 but it was 10am. I bumped the dock at 0947 and was unloaded at 1017am. The guys who checked me in were polite and helpful. The place is VERY small and can only accommodate 2 53's at a time so come as close to your appt as possible. One of the workers was musty but other than that they were really nice. I would come here again

Had a 2:00 appointment to unload got here a little after 12 and less than 5 minutes they were unloading truck outside. Nice place and polite people

Top notch I was freaking out with the terrible reviews. But from the security to the boss man I was treated so well would love to visit again. They took me in a day early and have overnight parking just in case

Sent my driver here, per broker FCFS facility. Of course they wouldnt want to unload him and he is sitting outside with 3 other drivers waiting for anyone to get them and unload them. Tried calling facility myself but no one answers or is helpful. AVOID THIS PLACE

Guards on duty, Tammy, Brandon, and Sierra were super helpful and directed me to where I needed to be. The receptionist was polite and got the individual I needed to speak to. Fork lift operator diligent and fast. Which is why I upgraded to a 2 star instead of 1.

The shipping and recieving department needs to step up their game, you have to make a appointment to show up but the people in charge of the appointments do not answer their phone, and the individuals that answer the phone can not book you an appointment. I left plenty of messages. The girl -no lady- who had a cake full of make up on could not hide how ugly she is on the inside. Disappointed in the receiving aspect, but the other individuals were professional and diligent.

Appointment was at 7am it's 10am and they are just now starting to unload my trailer... No other trucks are here and it's still takes them hours to do anything! Avoid unless you have hours to burn

Update- 11am and they went to lunch, trailer still halfway full

Refuse all loads to this facility. Unprofessional, out of order, just gives you phone number to guard shack which they have no idea whats going on, expect your driver to sit for at-least 7 hours minimum.
Super disappointing!!!!
Never Again will I go back, even if pay exceeds expectations!
