It was a genuine pleasure to have Eric work on my bikes. He was able to fix one on the spot and ordered parts to quickly repair the other with zero upfront cost to me. He did not mark up parts, and he told me all of the labor charges would be donated directly to the local Boulder Creek Parks and Recreation department. What a guy! His knowledge and attention to detail assured me my bikes were going to get the best care possible. And I was even gifted some plants and homegrown tomatoes by his beautiful wife on my way out. 100% would recommend Eric for any bike related needs. I would give even more than 5 stars on the rating if I could.

Super responsive. Quick and very reasonably priced. Tuned up 2 bikes for me in less than 24 hours. So nice to not have to drive to Scotts Valley or Santa Cruz.

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure you're just an open raw nerve right now. Those exclamation marks were to communicate my irritation for a 30 min drive for nothing... but that pales in comparison to what you must be going thru and I'm sorry if it was perceived as an attack.
