This is an excellent company, with a history of delivering top of the line automation equipment, and system integration. We partner with Fanuc, Yaskawa, and other robot manufacturers to deliver robot cells and complete manufacturing lines to our customers. We design, manufacture, and build our machines in house and provide excellent support. Our in house design Engineers, and the rest of our team, are working to make sure every detail is correct. Definitely more focused on sales, false promises, misdirection, and collecting payment for milestones that haven’t been reached yet rather than engineering, tooling builds, and integration. The robot project done for us had a continuously shifting schedule due to Versatech missing their targets. Versatech management was persistent in trying to collect payments for milestones they claimed were met and when pressured with a visit to the shop, they backtracked and gave us a run around. When it came to the actual project, the work was sloppy and more thought could have went into design and programming. Ultimately, the final project integration is of overall low quality and has taxed both the operations and maintenance departments much more than expected.
