Purchased an Industrial Temperature monitoring package with 2 FLIR cameras and remote mounted computer to allow a machine operator to monitor temps during production. System works great until you need it serviced. Multiple emails later and several calls later and still nothing and I started reaching out a year ago and thought the bad service was due to Covid. I have received several “let me take your name/number and I will have someone get with you” but that has made it no where. When an engineers last ditch effort is a google review to get a response I would have to recommend you to search around and try another company. We have at other plants and do not have these customer service issues...
