It's quite. Safe. Everybody is just wonderful. I feel so safe here. Management is is great, professional and friendly. I can't say enough about this park. Except I feel so privileged to be living here.

Management staff are wonderful, full of help and information. The community is friendly, waving as you pass each other by and even stopping to say hi when you are a new face. The community is quiet and clean with new manufactured unit going in.

Clean, well kept, quiet and peaceful. Concrete streets and stairs to the homes. Friendly staff and neighbors. Nice amenities. Gated and safe Community for Seniors. Reasonable rent spaces and individual utility meters.

Very nice community, they offer different activities for residents but because of covid they are not doing them now, which is extremely understandable. Great place to live in a nice part of town.

The residents of this park need to learn how to follow the rules of the road when they pull out of their mobile home park onto Nisqually. They come flying out of the drive way and never look and pull out in front of other cars who HAVE the right of way or school busses.
