I requested them to look at some louvers that had started to rust really bad. The original lovers was installed over 35 years ago and we need them to match due to the building was design be a famous architect. When Walter Mork Company installed the louvers I could not believe my eyes, I could not tell them from the original. This was a job well done

Delighted with the Service of the Walter Mork Co.!!! The very personable, 3rd Generation with the company, Berkeley Choat, came out to give us an idea of the cost of Cental Heating, to replace old Floor Furnaces in a 1920's duplex... He quoted a reasonable price, then miraculously "Flew in, as if with Superman Cape," to save our Tenants from a Very Cold Christmas!!! (*A delay in another job had resulted in ours being pushed forward, just as our need was indeed dire!!!)

In the past I have used the services of mork time and time again. Now younger mork has decided to put customer service on the back burner. When I last tried to have work done there, I see that the shop is tired, as is the office and management. I gladly took my work to a shop where they gladly looked at the project and arranged an appointment to expedite the work. I can't recommend mork anymore and young mork needs to adjust his management mindset. Thumbs down for mork.

I have a rental property in Berkley where I needed an HVAC repair made. I asked them to have the technician call me from the site so that I could approve repairs (because I am out of state). I never received a call, and I called them numerous times for the following days and weeks. Every time I called, someone would answer and ask me to hold, and every time I sat on hold for 4 or 5 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Then nearly a month later a received a bill for service. Again I called and was put on hold indefinitely. I would have paid them immediately had they called form the site as requested, and I have made numerous attempts to contact them for clarification on what was done. They don't seem to care to leave people on hold and forget about them.
