Scott, Marty and Team did an amazing job on our wood stove insert! Like some other reviews mentioned Scott did exactly what he said he’d do and when he said he’d do it! That is SO rare these days! The install was handled perfectly with “35 years of doing it” helping out! Not being too dramatic it was by far the best contractor/ building experience I’ve had in 25 years!

Very punctual and professional. Was there when they said they would and were right on time which impressed me compared to other workers/services. Installed our wood stove with triple wall pipe in about 2 hours. They worked the entire time and very efficiently.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment the the order was made until the final piece was set in place Ward was nothing short of impressive. A consistent, punctual, efficient, and precise work ethic was apparent from day one as well as someone I felt like I could approach with any and all questions or concerns I may have had about the order. I was astonished at how easy he made the installation seem, (the order was for a fireplace that was large enough for a person to walk into if they wanted), Ward had the entire process down to a science knowing all the right ways to get the job done in the correct way, all while being surprisingly quick, safe, and driven to get the customer's satisfaction. Simply put there is no way I would ever recommend another business for anyone's fireplace needs or questions... Ward Fireplaces operates on a level of professionalism that just doesn't exist anymore in this world where businesses se content to put the money received over the customer's satisfaction with no regard for if they get repeat business or not. One of a kind experience all around that can be described perfectly as 🔥🔥.
