Warren Welding did a great job getting my Generac whole home generator working correctly. The brand new generator was blowing fuses since it was installed a few months ago and the builders electrician could not get it resolved and the Springdale Generac technician just replaced the fuses and said it was wired correctly.

Jace came out within 1 day and immediately noticed that the 2 transfer switches were not installed as a master/slave and this was causing the issue. He had it fixed up in no time and I now no longer have warnings on my generator. This is an expensive purchase and Jace gave me peace of mind that the generator will work when needed.

Warren welding called to see if I wanted annual service on my 22kw generator.
This consists of changing fluids, filter etc. you can buy the kit on Amazon for around $50.
The tech came out and performed the oil change. He then left the hood open exposing it to this springs rains. It no longer runs. The tech returned (same one after I adamantly refused to let him come out). Total disrespect, he said he had closed it, ran it for me etc. All make believe. He didn’t show me it ran after his maintenance.
I received a bill for $1600 from Warren Welding. I am refusing to pay it. I’m 67 years old and feel like they are trying to take advantage of my age.
I paid them $500 which is more than any oil change should run.
I wrote to Generac without any help.
I told them to sue me.
I received another bill for $1600 yesterday.
I will NEVER trust Warren Welding again.
When the Generac generator runs it does great.

Had our Generac 24KW hooked up on Monday afternoon. 30 hours later we lost power and it ran until 9:00 am this morning. Everything performed just like it was supposed to. I’d like to thank everyone at Warren for doing the job and doing it just like promised. It’s a rare event in today’s world and it’s greatly appreciated. I’ll certainly refer you to anyone I know that needs or wants Generator services. Thanks again

I waited four months to get a basic service to my Generac generator. The tech was professional. The service was completed in less than an hour. BUT... they charged me for two hours of labor. When I brought it to their attention I got a huge hassle. After weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to accept the price they quoted on the phone. Makes me wonder who else gets overcharged. It ended with a snarky note on the final bill - okay tech service TERRIBLE customer service. I won't use them again.

Several problems, when I bought a generator from them,They said they would file the paperwork for the warranty and did not do that.
When I called about it he said I would need to talk to his wife and she would check into and then I was never called back this happened several times then. I was finally told by her I would have have to talk to her husband and he said she would have to check into it just kept getting the run around .
The other problem was when I had work done on the generator I called got the amount and gave them a credit card. 9 month later they sent me a bill and said they just found it,
I said I paid that and they said prove it. I have had several credit card that I have paid off and closed them. I don’t have any way to figure out which one I used that long ago. Their completely disorganized.

Even though I wasn't in a hurry, they took a very long time to finish the job. I would have been ok with that if the whole job was done when I got it back. I have always have had my welding projects at least primer if not painted when I got them back. Now to prevent rust, I am going to have to get out the wire brush and take off the rust that has started and paint the welds and grinding to cover the bare metal. To me it is pretty basic that metal rusts unless it is protected.
