Chip was great helping me and my wife through the water restoration process after the flooding of our home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and he took care of our furniture and got our home dry and made this loss a lot more comfortable.

Todd Pippin and his crew of Pavel and Hamlet were professional and did such a great job in prepping my Kitchen after a Leak. Remove the damaged floor, Drywall and walled off the kitchen area with plastic drape set the fans up for driving the area. On top of all that, they're nice people. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Don’t trust this company. They have contractors come out and make false statements about the Work they do. One , they came an estimated the damage and repairs cost. 2 , the contractor they sent out stated once they demolished and dried everything that they would put the insulation back up plus the ceiling and my carpet but guess what , he lied (Brandon) who works for warriors restoration. 3 , they half pack your items like a 5 yrs old would and they never cover your furniture to protect it from the insulation or anything from the attic. Beds were not protected with tarp but they wanna charge for stuff they never did. My ceiling and floors are still undone plus the stupid insurance company paid them without them even finishing the job. I was told from the company after complaining that they wouldn’t be able to complete the job for bout 10 weeks per Ashley from Warriors. ALL IN ALL DONT trust them nor sign any documents from them cause they are not at fault for anything like my bathroom plug fuses they burnt out from their equipment they had running for 4 days plus. But say they did nothing wrong but it was working before they got here. I can go on and on but take my word. It was reported to BBB and they wanna have attitude talking about read the contract which I did but I also know what Brandon stood in my living room and said to me and my mom.

Pavel and Hamlet from A and J property were amazing in their work. These guys kept everything so clean as they demoed our kitchen from flooding. They were super nice, respectful and we really appreciate their work! Highly recommend these gentleman for any work you need completed!!!!
