The service we receive weekly from the Waste Pro driver “Joe” is Always Great! Joe goes the extra to be sure his customers receive valued service! Matt and Jermaine are our recycle guys and they Always provide top notch service too! Thanks Guys.

I'm being generous giving 3 stars. While some people say their garbage is picked up on time, that's not something we rely on, week in and week out. When the garbage isn't picked up at all, we call and wait 3-4 days for a return. Bet this review does not make the cut.

Roy Mathis truck #2128 is an outstanding employee! Mr Mathis came back Saturday morning to repair my lawn. He went above and beyond to make we were satisfied. Thank you! The damage was not his fault. We appreciate his great service.

The stars being taken have nothing to do with the drivers, it has everything to do with your website. The drivers are great and we never have an issue, however the WEBSITE SUCKS. I can never just pay my bill without something being wrong with the mobile site. I always end up having to go to a desktop that is never charged because it's never charged being that everyone always uses their phones. Please fix your mobile site and keep it fixed.

Not even sure where to start. We recently had a baby so had some extra trash, called and asked to pay for an extra trash pickup. They agreed and said it would be fine. They never showed.

After this we put all the trash in the trash can for our normal pickup day. They proceeded to dump bags all around the trash can and leave it like that on the curb.

We called again to set up another additional pickup, which we would pay for, and they scheduled it for a few days later. They never showed. We called back explaining the whole situation and they assured us that they put a note on the account to pick up any extra bags that would fall out when emptying the trash. Once again, we were left with trash bags on our curb.

If we had a choice of another provider, we would never use them again. Truly a terrible experience with this company.

I was very impressed with the service from Roy Mathis truck #2128. He was kind enough to lay down boards so the dumpster would not mess up my new concrete driveway. He went above and beyond and was so incredibly thoughtful.
