I’m very disappointed with how all of my processing turned out. Killed a buck opening evening of deer season and brought it to Wayne’s with high expectations. The people who helped me were very friendly but the meat I got back is absolutely horrible. Was under the impression they would vacuum seal all of my meat like they charged me for although that’s not how I got it back. My sausage I got was in freezer paper not wrapped individually in what they call “chamber seal” it was instead wrapped all together with about 3 links in one wrap paper. I’m not sure if it’s because I brought my deer early season or what but the sausage I have is completely dried out with absolutely no flavor at all, the case on the outside can tell is burnt. It’s not even worth eating. The jerky they gave is like chewing on cardboard which really disappointed me. Spent over $200 on a deer that’s hardly edible.. I’m not the type to come on and bash a local company but what they did is unacceptable to me. The cube meat I got is so cubed when you take it out package it falls apart like ground beef not even “steaks”. All in all will not take another deer back. I’m very disappointed with the turnout.

Amazing place to get a deer processed. Great meat, fair prices, and very friendly service! I shot a 110 lb. doe this archery season and thanks to Mr. Wayne I now have a freezer full of hamburger and cubed venison; all for less than $100! I definitely recommend this family run business for anyone needing deer processing in the Albany area.

If you want fair pricing, quality processing, and a friendly staff / family owned and ran business, come to Wayne’s! You can’t go wrong. The jerky is amazing, the jalapeño cheese sausage is perfect. The cube meat is so tender, you won’t need a knife!

Great place to take your deer for processing. They wrap in clean package. This is my second year using them. Killed my first deer today with a Crossbow. Don't want to go back to a rifle.
