hands down BEST service!! We had an emergency when we bought a house that was completely saturated in dog pee. Jackie came to the rescue and helped us with zero hesitation. So quick and easy to work with and treated us like she has known us for forever!! They have my life long recommendation

We have attempted multiple times at different times of the year to get a call back from Jackie. Another customer for Wheat's. No matter what the circumstances may be, it is not professional not to return phone calls. One day you will not have any to return. Call Tracy Gooden at Wheat's. She gets right back to you!

Mark and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had gone to one of the big box stores and they let us down by not showing up. We were on a tight time line and when my wife went to the store Mark was great and said how can we help. He followed her home to measure and two day later the carpet was installed. Yes the crew that installed was a contract crew but they were top notch. We could not ask for better service than we received. They were on top of things and Jackie notified us as things progressed. They are above 5 star for us.

Jackie will NEVER call you back. We chose carpeting and flooring for our entire house. Ready to pay. Left numerous messages,; spoke with person there by phone and in person. They NEVER contacted us. We went with Wheats flooring and a totally thrilled. Don't waste your time at West Alabama.
