What a wonderful business. The service is great, the supply inventory is awesome and any transactions are quick and accurate. No reason to shop anywhere else.

We wanted a direct replacement Noritz on-demand hot water heater so I went to these guys to get one so that when ours quit we wouldn't need to order one. I gave the guys at the counter the direct replacement model number, they assured me that I was getting the latest version. Of course what they gave me was not what I had paid for but was infact valued at $400 less than what I paid. When I brought it back to them I was told "you bought what we had on hand, the one we sold you was discontinued so you got the replacement model for it". The model they gave wasn't close to working in my situation as far as venting and plumbing. All blame was put on me regardless of them giving me a he wrong model. After returning the heater, they ordered the correct model (my original request) but would only swap for even trade, valued at $1444 vs their charge to me of $1803.11 before taxes. Extremely poor customer service, lack of followup and shady business practices. Can not recommend these people.

We had the pleasure of working with Hanna O’Neal for our lighting and plumbing for our new construction home. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different companies that Whitestar carries. She was very patient with us for after three visits, we made several changes. When certain “ likes” exceeded our budget she was able to find nice alternatives that were close to our original choices that were more budget friendly. I highly recommend asking for Hanna to help you with your lighting and plumbing needs when visiting White Star. Also, this store has many beautiful choices on display so you can see what you are buying but lots of other companies’ products represented in catalogs.

Went in and worked with Stephanie and she was fantastic. I bought the floor model Smooth top it was a great choice then she sold me the most quiet dishwasher I've ever not heard. A vent system and a double door fridge at a great price. She knows her stuff and i will be back to fill every spec home I ever build. The best company bar none.

Angela was great! Very thorough and diligent. We had already selected all of the lighting for our new house at a competitor in Statesboro. I was buying plumbing supplies in Coley and my wife spotted our chandelier hanging on the showroom floor. It was over 20% percent less! Well, we were disappointed to say the least, because we needed the lights within two weeks. Half jokingly we asked Angela if she could do it. She said, "Let's plug your models into the computer and see." To make a long story short, Angela helped us save over $600 on our lighting list by simply buying the exact models from Coley. She regularly updated us through email and text, and was attentive to the order until we had the lights in our hands.

The guy at the counter seemed to feel that only Moen had shower core pullers. He's clueless. This is my third and final time coming up empty at that location. There are other plumbing suppliers in Brunswick, Georgia that are more knowledgeable.

Absolutely awful customer service. Walked the entire store without a single interaction from one of the ten employees sitting behind the counter. Come in to buy fixtures for the entire house. Will gladly take my money elsewhere.
