Don’t expect any favors. Even if your family has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars there over the past 30 years. I strongly discourage anyone to give this place their business. Home Depot is much cheaper. At least at a big box store you aren’t getting screwed by someone you know.

Friendly, helpful staff who greet & offer assistance when you walk in.
Excellent layout of all products, thereby allowing the shopper to quickly find what they're looking for.
This business is highly recommended!
Edited to add: If you need a contractor to do certain work for you, Wholesale Builders Supply knows who to best contact for your project. They have helped me several times to get the right person for the job and I've never been disappointed. Thanks, guys!

Buyers Beware!
Over priced, You can go anywhere else in town and get it cheaper!
Bad servicer after the sale too, If they come to your house and measure to order you new windows. They will not fit into the wall and they will not make their mistake right either. after being jerked around by Wholesale for over two weeks I ordered a replacement set of windows from another local store and they were over $1,000 Dollars cheaper then Wholesale...and these window fit correctly into the wall on the house.

Prices here are ridiculous.
Customer service is a joke.
Ever since the new owners took over this place has went drastically down hill..
If I could give a zero star I would..

Always great to see the guys at wholesale. They have been great for our community for a long time. Just the fact that you can walk in and have a 15-minute conversation with the employees is an amazement in this day and age. God bless you guys keep up the good work

After searching many stores in Warner Robins, Dublin, and Macon for a 6x6 cast in place post base, a friend of mine suggested to try Wholesale Builder's Supply in Eastman. He said they had everything. So I called and sure enough they said they had the exact part. I clarified with Trent FOUR times over the phone to be positive they had it before I drove an hour up there the next day. I told Trent I had called a ton of other places and they didn't have it but he assured me "they had a bunch of them".
The next day I took off work and drove up there to pick up the parts so I could start re-leveling my barn. Upon arriving the man at the counter said they didn't have that part. I replied that they better have it because I called the prior day and Trent assured me FOUR times that y'all had a bunch of them. After looking for 10 mins, the manager/owner got involved. He told me that they didnt have it and he was sorry and that Trent didn't even work there. I told him I called the number off Google and he replied it was their number but Trent just restocked things for them. I'm still not sure why you would have someone that doesn't work there talking to your customers. I asked him what I needed to do since I'd already not gone into work, wasted half my day, and drove for 2 hours because they he has someone answering the phone that doesn't even work for them and giving the wrong info out. Remember, I asked Trent very specifically FOUR times and he guaranteed they had it, so it wasn't just a simple mistake. He just replied sorry. Personally, I would've offered some gas money for the trouble, but not this guy. "Sorry" was all I got. One of the cashiers even suggested that I get them to send me a pic to my phone.....how ignorant. I respectfully just suggested they have their actual employees answer the phone and know what they're talking about before they make their customers drive for 2 hours for no reason. So, if you don't live close by and wonder if the stock a certain item, don't take their word, have them send you a picture...
