Even the ground beef is noticeably better than any other you will find.You can tell the cows are slaughtered humanely . Great little hidden gem in the mountains!

This is a little ways from our house,but it is everything that is been advertised of being .I seen the pictures of the meat cases and thought it was enhanced with photo editor .However, it is everything that the pictures show.The meat is as fresh,perfect in color.I would recommend this processor to anyone ,along with a 5 star rating.I wish that they would take deer with the hide on it, but it's worth skinning the deer for the quality of processing and also the price for working it up.I will give another review about their sausage when I take my next deer up there.
