This company seems to not honor their warranty on windows! My contractor has been trying to get several replacement windows since May of 2024. It's now Oct. and my contractor and myself have been unsuccessful in getting any results from the regional salesman after several calls to him. I am the customer and he has not returned any of my calls. The factory is only 1 hour from my house. Unless something happens positive pretty quick I would not recommend Wincore Windows. My windows are leaking and it's not the installation. I have given them pictures and video of the defective windows leaking. Too many other companies out there to have to put up with this. My contractor is ready to replace but can't get the windows. Must be the company. The way I feel they are lucky I can't give no stars.

Fast unloading. I do not think overnight parking is allowed because there is a gate at the entrance on both sides. Receiving hours 7-4
