I’ve had a dumpster with them for over a year now that has picked up twice a month and they are always on time and great to deal with. Even had an issue with a steep driveway and ice a year ago, and the driver remembered that he was unable to get it and came back two days later, knowing it would be full.

Continuous price increases. Found several friends who are also customers complain to get lower bill. Shouldn't have to do that. Contract is awful and customer service is worse.

Horrible service. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. When you call in the reps and mangers are polite, but totally ineffective. WM has failed to empty our dumpster on several occasions. Today, after being a week late, I was promised that it would be done by 7pm. It did not happen. I would tell others that this company is not to be trusted. If zero stars were an option that is what I would give them. Lessons learned-customer support staff will apologize, note complaints and promise whatever is needed but do not hold your breath waiting on results. I suspect customers leave as soon as they can find another service provider.

Their contract is one sided not protecting the customer at all. They went up on their fees (in the middle of my contract) although my contract was for two years aNd when I called concerning the increased fee, they told me they would go back down to my agreed upon fee of my original contract. But, later (that day I received an email) I was asked to sign another two year contract “if I wanted that original fee” since they “were bought out.” When called to ask about this email, they told me that would be the only way to keep that lower fee. I told them no thanks (and it was not explained that way per phone conversation) and I will be done with this contract soon enough. WATCH YOUR BILLS!! 1/2 of my small town is leaving WM due to this mischievousness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Advanced Disposal has not one ounce of a care to give to their customers. I waited MONTHS to get a manager to call me back because of billing issues all over my account. The issues eventually became resolved however, im on the phone with them disputing the same bill and im being threatened with a collections agency. The reason for the billing issues related directly back to the sales rep who left out a lot of crucial information. I can forgive mistakes, but between not being told what to actually expect, having a dumpster delivered a week late and 3 days late for pick up and having truck drivers not clean up hydraulic fluid that spilled all over my driveway because of a broken line I cant recommend this company and quite frankly id stay away. Use advanced disposal as a last resort.

Ordered a dumpster for a re-roof we were doing in Ellijay Ga. The rep i spoke with set up the drop off for a Thursday, I informed them to call me when the dumpster was dropped, and had to go out of town that weekend. Tuesday the next week came and when I arrived on site, there was no dumpster there. After calling my rep back, he informed methat they could not get the dumpster down the driveway and didn't want to try because there truck was too big. No one called to inform me of this, and I had to call them to get my answers, however they didn't hesitate to charge my card anyways and never informed me of non-delivery or a refund until I called them and stated I never received my dumpster. I will never use this company again, and I should have listened to other reviews before calling them. Beware, they have no customer service and have a habit of not keeping their customers in the loop about what's going on.

The only consistency is the monthly charges and the ongoing inconsistency. We are canceling because they don't pick-up. They've missed pick-up numerous times despite us calling to remind them. We shouldn't have to remind a company to do their job!!
