This place is truly a hidden gem! I’m honestly surprised by any negative reviews. The wings I had were some of the best I’ve had in a long time—I loved them so much, I came back the next day to try their steak burger. It did not disappoint; that was amazing too! The staff was super friendly, and the place was well kept up. I’m mad at myself for not leaving a tip when they truly deserved it. Now, I can’t wait to come back and try their cheesesteak!

As a frequent customer, I expect a level of consistency and quality when ordering from WNB Wings. However, my recent experience was nothing short of frustrating.

First, the way my wings were cooked was completely different than usual—either rushed or not prepared with the same standard that I’ve come to expect. Additionally, the ratio of drums to flats was way off. Out of a 20-piece order, I received only two flats, which is unacceptable for anyone who prefers a balanced mix.

To make matters worse, I was missing wings from two separate orders. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of effort to properly correct the issue. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, they simply cooked the missing wings with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or attempt to make it right.

As someone who has consistently supported WNB Wings, this experience left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Quality control and customer service need serious improvement, or loyal customers like myself will have to take their business elsewhere.

This place has maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in the day before my son’s first birthday to order 100 wings, I paid for them and told them a family member would pick them up at 1:30. My brother in law was running late and got to the WNB at 3, then told him that the wings weren’t ready because they ASSUMED after one hour that no one was coming and ATE THEM. WHAT?! When we asked if we could then cancel since they weren’t ready, they said no. My BIL sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the new wings.. it was until I called the store and had to confront the employees that they told me they haven’t even started the order. The manager, Nicole, REFUSED to refund me but never spoke to me directly. My BIL sat at this place for close to 2 hours for some wings that should’ve been ready when he got there.

1) I don’t care how long an order is sitting there if someone PREPAYS for an order you let it sit there and be ready for them to show up. I’m the one that has to deal with the cold wings it is not your call to EAT PAID WINGS.
2) The manager needs to take a few lessons on customer service. Because of her IGNORANCE, 60+ locals that were at the party and I will take our business to Wing Stop or Touchdown Wings. Learn to take responsibility, take the loss and keep things from escalating with your customers.. You shouldn’t be in management if you can’t understand that basic concept.

Wings had a 'dusting' of seasoning. Ordered the sriracha dry rub but most of the wings has sprinkle of it only on one side. This place has great burgers but for a place that has wings in their name you would expect more. I won't be ordering from them again if craving wings.

Food is consistently gross. I've tried here plenty of times and I am never satisfied with the wings. The lemon pepper was too lemon and the rice had no flavor was was bad. I'm going to start going to FlavotTown.

Absolutely do not bring your kids in here to eat! I wish I could have recorded a video of the music videos and lyrics being played. Absolutely out of control!! I told the two employees working that their choice of music was really strong and they could please turn it off. They turned it down but not off. I will not give another dime to this establishment! I can not for the life of me understand how this is remotely okay. This isn’t a bar. Completely disrespectful!!
