I was asked to share my experience so here we go. I had the pleasure of working with Josh W. and Worldwide Trailer and Manufacturing Inc. on a concession trailer project, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Despite facing challenges like Josh undergoing surgery, the communication was consistently excellent. My family and I provided detailed specifications for the trailer design, and the team responded promptly with a well-drafted blueprint including measurements and dimensions.

Working with Worldwide Trailer and Manufacturing Inc. was a breeze, thanks to their professionalism and efficiency. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, ensuring we were comfortable every step of the way. The team's thoroughness in addressing our questions and concerns instilled confidence in us, despite being located in different states. Delivery to us was on time and efficient from their location in Georgia all the way to the Midwest to us. Delivery driver was in time and prompt with everything. Nancy was a pleasure to work with as well during our final steps.

Shawn from WWT asked me for an honest review, so here it is. If you’re considering going with these guys, this review is my first-hand experience with this company, the good and the bad. First off, Shawn, their customer service and trailer design guy, top notch! This guy will bend over backwards to make sure that you are taken care of and even handle areas that probably aren’t in his job description. I’ll get to more of that later, but WWT, you guys ought to give him a raise, because he has been outstanding for the whole time I’ve worked with you all.

Ok, so we commissioned them to build us a 16ft trailer back in 2021. They gave us a turn around time of I think 4 months at the time, which was the quickest offer I’d gotten of any of the companies we looked at. Mind you this was height of the pandemic when supplies and materials were really drying up, so very impressive. The price on the trailer was also several thousand dollars lower than every other custom trailer company I’d talked too, so that was good too.

We got the trailer in February of 2022. It was completed on time and delivered to us at a reasonable rate. Everything looked good at first, but as I got to know my new trailer, that’s when I started to notice some shoddy workmanship. Here’s a short list: a) The deadbolt on the entry door did not align with the slot and therefore did not latch; b) the right tail blinker would not activate if my truck’s lights were on; c) the electrical box on the front end needed to be rewired as there were several issues with it; d) I keep having screws pop out here and there.

Mostly, these issues are small and moderately annoying. That right tail blinker however turned into a real issue, as the guy who fixed it for me realized that they had driven a screw through one of the wires that connected to the blinker, which was why it wasn’t working properly. The repair for this ended up being expensive.

Now here’s the good part. I reached out to Shawn about many of these issues, and he either took the time to walk me through a fix, or helped me find someone in the plant who could help me. That blinker issue… I asked Shawn about coverage for it, any they ended up paying the entire repair bill for me. These guys made some goofs on my trailer, yes, but they stand by their work and were willing to fix any mistakes they make. For that reason, I’m giving them a solid recommendation to anyone thinking about going with them. They will help you with a personal touch that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. If I get a second trailer, I’ll be calling them up again.

I want to thank everyone at world wide. This is the best company out there. When you want quality this is the place . I brought my trailer 2 years ago from Jerry talking to me on the phone. To the planning with Steve to the build with Clarence the negotiating with Thomas and the final with Nancy. I was treated the best . I looked at other companies for months but none compared to wwt. Everyone was I phone call away. Recently I torn my window awning off. I made one call to Nancy and it was a wrap . She remembered me my cell number and said don’t worry I got you. I was super impressed. They told me they could have it done in a couple hours . I got there. 7:30 out 9:30 exact. Hands down the best . Everyone ask about my build I give them wwt info. They have quality. So thanks again wwt. I hate to single anyone out more than the others but Nancy you rock!!!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish WWT was top notch. Shawn, their designer, was very helpful including the equipment we wanted, where we wanted it. It is very well built. We love it. Check it out....6 months later, end of August. Unfortunately, we damaged the left rear of our trailer ( see photo ). I called WWT to see about getting a new corner bent and the last panel. As you would expect from a great company, Tom and his in house magician, Clarence, were right on it. They got us the part we needed and we're good as new. Not only does WWT produce great trailers but they also provide their customers with great after-the-sale service. This is the type of company you want to do business with.

I purchased a trailer from worldwide trailer manufacturing a few months ago. Let me tell the trailer itself is amazing I get so many compliments. When I showed up for pick up the staff that I dealt with were awesome went threw the whole trailer with me in and out. The only thing I would say to work on is communication the trailer was a month late. I didn't get this info until a week from pick up. All in all world wide trailers seems to be a good company and these trailers are built well.

I talked to shawn many many times and I changed the floor layout multiple times and he was nothing less than professional. He handled all my changes like the pro he is. Now on to the trailer. I have had zero issues with my trailer to date. 3 yrs. I love everything about it. My health department even went so far as to say it's the nicest trailer they have ever seen. Buy the best and that World Wide Trailers!

I had a kitchen built in 2017 I love it, no problems until recent only small normal things. Shawn has been amazing, when I had questions they gave me the information I need to get me cooking again!! Great bunch to work with. Highly recommend WWT!!
