I don't usually write a review, but I just had to for these guys. I had given up finding the window latch of which I had lost several on my RV and have been without for about 5 years. Ready for a cross country trip and really needed to secure the windows. Got on their website and there it was! Called and got the parts guy and he was so helpful. He spent a little time with me giving me tips on the install. Very informative. Didn't try to oversell me and told me ways I could save money. But I just wanted to make sure I had all the parts (bought a couple extra latches for the future) and correct glue. They boxed it up very nicely and promptly shipped it. Just arrived and exactly what I ordered. Awesome service. Thanks all at Wynne Enterprises and especially that parts guy (sorry I've forgotten his name)!

I called trying to find out if a part is still made for an RV I have on the lot. The woman that answered was very obnoxious. She would give me a part number or anyone that would stock the part. Very bad for business.
