I’ve now been in line for 30 minutes……2 workers!!!!! You got two individuals in the back. Where has the customer service gone too! Your monthly bill is high, calling technicians or calling xfinity is a joke……
Bring back excellence in customer service and efficiency and bring HELP to your front end! Management should not be on break or no where to be found when you have all these customers you claim you value!

The customer service at this location and Xfinity in general is the worst I've ever encountered. The employees' lack of knowledge and common sense is at an all-time high. This is including managers. Talking to managers there is like talking to a wall. All of them are completely clueless. There are basically a bunch of kids running this place. It's like doing business with kindergartens. Then they wonder why customers are upset. Who the heck do you have running your stores, Xfinity / Comcast? I am disgusted with the service there! I thought AT&T was a pain in the butt well apparently Xfinity is ten times worse. I placed my internet and cable package order with Jordan thirty days ago. It's been nothing but a nightmare so far. He told me one thing to get my business but then once I placed my order it's been nothing but lies after lies after lies. Then I got my bill and it's double the amount he quoted me. When I placed my order, he gave me his work cell number so I could contact him should I have any issues. Five times over the last thirty days, I've tried contacting him and he hasn't responded to any of my messages. He's supposed to be the assistant manager. Three times I went back to the store and he wasn't there. Then one of the managers told an employee to schedule me for a follow-up call with Jordan and he never called. There's just been one problem after another and nothing gets resolved. When I attempted to call Xfinity customer service, it took forever to get past the computer. Then once I finally got a live person they weren't any better than the store reps. I do NOT recommend any of the Xifinity / Comcast services. They will overcharge you and hit you with a bunch of fees you know nothing about. Until they get hit with a lawsuit for selling people false information just to make a sale they will continue. Do not come here.

Just took advantage of my mother. Wanted to make a sale. Made two accounts for xfinity. Decreased her internet speed. Had her with two bills. I had to go to another location with my mother to get everything reset. Keep in mind all she wanted was to cancel her cable and have internet and phone. It was a whole ordeal. This location takes advantage of seniors. Beware.

I was price checking tires and decided to step into Xfinity. I ended up walking out with an upgraded phone and lowered internet bills. Paige and Vaughn have been so helpful in lowering my internet bill so that I can now afford the phone upgrade. I'll give an update once I get the bill.

I turned in my equipment on 9-13-2024 and asked for my account to be closed at on xfinity store. I was told my account had been closed and they took my equipment. I was then charged 2 more time for monthly bills. And when I called to rectify the issue I was forced to pay another $80 to hopefully close my account. So I have not payed $150.00 because the xfinity employees can't do there job right.

Shaun was/is the best, A+

I was very upset with an issue and was ready to shut down my account with Xfinity! Shaun engaged me as soon as my girlfriend and I walked into the store, was ready and willing to help me immediately. He was just finishing up with another customer, came over a few minutes later, and took care of my issue which wasn't a quick fix. He explained to me what was needed to address my needs with accounts department and even dialed customer support for me to push the process along. My issue was resolved a short time after that. While helping me, he still found time to greet other customers that just arrived into the business.

Shaun is the embodiment of what true customer service should represent. He was: friendly, had a smile on his face, knowledgeable, eager to help, outgoing in his service to solve the issues, sociable with a substantive conversation, honest and truly wanted to make our experience there a happy one. I felt at ease the entire time, I wasn’t pushed to purchase more than what I needed. He was polite to my girlfriend and shared some great similarities since they are both from Queens, NY. Again, we only found this out because he was so engaging with us with a great conversation.

I hope Mr. Xfinity sees this review and understands that they have a great employee working for them who is actually trying to keep customers happy with the business; had it not been for Shaun, I was about to walk out and go with another provider due to my frustration. He made me believe that Xfinity is worth staying with! Shaun, welcome to Georgia and I hope the sky is the limit for you and your wife, thank you so much from Jennifer & Michael.
