Dane really does a good job. I ordered a quarter cow here in Houston, and the man drove it down here himself. Gotta appreciate that kind of dedication.

I've now had several cuts of the meat: ground, various steaks, ribs, and more. I've got to say that it's some of the best I've had, and I didn't order his wagyu(yet). I imagine that'd taste even better, I'm just working up the courage and the wallet of course.

I have a special concern about my meat being grass-fed, and finished, and also in not aging my beef. Why do you ask? Well, as it turns out histamine content increases the longer you age foods, and with someone who has autoimmune issues, allergy issues, and the like, unaged meat really heals.

Remember folks, meat heals. It's the most nutrient dense, and flavor dense thing that you can get a hold of, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants meat that is tasty, and free of bitterness.

Of course if you won't eat it, I will!

I ordered a smoked brisket for Thanksgiving. That had to be the very best brisket I have ever eaten. My boys were here and they loved it, too. It was melt in your mouth tender and so flavorful. I would recommend their beef to any and everyone. Scale of 1- 10, definitely a 10.

Order a variety of Angus steaks and some burger. Let's just say the packaging was perfect, delivered to Wyoming quick and the taste. OMG it's amazing. The taste is way better then any store bought. If you care about where your meat comes from then this is your spot to go to. Thanks Youngblood Ranch we will definitely order again.

You can't beat Youngblood Ranch when it comes to beef! I've ordered ground beef, filets, NY Strips, Roasts, Flank Steak and brisket. I've had both Wagyu beef and normal beef. Everything from them tastes better! The customer service is amazing and they all make you feel like family!
