I had ordered two replacement camera batteries to be shipped to Korea, and paid for priority international. However, they did not arrive by the cutoff time, and so I called in. Apparently, they had sent the batteries with the totally wrong shipping method! To be honest, I was quite mad as they said it would take 6-8 weeks, but I had paid nearly $40 shipping for within 10 days. However, they sent me two more with the proper shipping for no extra cost, as well as saying that the first two batteries will be mine when they do finally arrive. Although I think it was quite a big mistake to make, and there would have been no rectification had I not called myself, they did everything they could to make it right. Although I cannot give 5 stars, I am satisfied with how the situation was resolved.

I inquired 2 times about shipping time frames for a preorder item that I had saved several months to get, that it was drop shipped from the manufacturer in 2-3 days. I needed this item for a upcoming class and had planned on it being here in time, even with extra time added. I even inquired after I ordered if I owed more shipping since, some items were freight and some were not. It took 8 days to be told they wouldn't be carrying the product anymore. I get it things happen. However the customer service could have been a lot better. When I was asked if I wanted the other items shipped, I just asked for a refund. It took me asking 4 times to be really heard and get a refund in full. I had to wait another 8 days for an echeck to clear paypal refund and another 3 days back to my card. So much for my deadline and even the time to hurry and order a new one with my refund. I'll be looking at 3 weeks before I can find another supplier to delivery what I needed with my refund. I understand having to wait for a customers payment to hit the bank before issuing a refund, but an echeck, really? Item is still listed online as a preorder. Things come up, I get that, especially when you work with other manufacturers, and are a small business. I had low expectations, when ordering. The quality of customer service and listening skills could use some improvement and go a long ways to building return customers. Not sure I'll return. If you order a preorder item, plan on it not being available or extra extra time for arrival.

Not so great costumer support, signs checks there a** can’t cash. Ordered a tool that was “pre-order.” Waited a month, contacted costumer service, they where kind of snarky with me and told me they had no clue when the part would come in from Japan. Two weeks past and I get an email notification that my money for the tool I ordered has been refunded and the part was no longer available. Checked the site and the same tool was available to purchase without pre order status!

I called the next morning and they did nothing for me. I told them I’m going out of the country on a job in three days and now I’m screwed and don’t have a specific tool needed for the job-they couldn’t care less. I informed them that this tool was being sold in 3 different package options and the only solution they could offer was, “oh, I better contact my support team and get those tools taken down.” They offered me no empathy for my time and energy wasted.

Dont trust the priority shipping that promises arrival in 3-5 days. My package took 5 days for them to ship and then another 5 to arrive. Their excuse is they took 2 days off for a stat holiday and are closed on weekends. So its weekdays only and they have their own holiday hours. But they dont tell you that when you are placing the order. Ya they got low prices but making a fkn killing on shipping priority ripoff.

Stay away from microtools! Customer service is a joke, I should've did my research..

Amazon, Etsy, and walmart all have the same brands same tools at cheaper price points + free delivery.

I purchased a pair of quality shears from microtools and later decided to exchange them out for smaller ones. After patiently waiting almost a month, [and listening to an irritated man named Curt repeatedly explain how he's been struggling to handle business operations since his customer service rep 'demanded' a holiday ?] I found the exact same shears on amazon for 6 bucks cheaper + free shipping.

At this point I just wanted a return. Spoke with Curt again, who was now extremely condescending and passive aggressive. After explaining that my tracking stated the package had been delivered to the reception area OR mailroom OR front desk (and even emailed a screenshot of the confirmation), he laughed and continuously joked that they don't have a reception area -_- That was his response several times. His additional assistance included telling me to consult with the post office, because although the tracking indicated 'delivered' he couldnt find it and theres nothing he could do. Money down the drain, such a terrible experience.

MT, WoA -- if you can't handle business operations in an appropriate manner, hire someone who can! Be fair to the people who spend their hardearned money on your products and choose to do business with you!
