Exceptionally poor customer service. Impossible to talk to anybody, and when you do, they do not follow up. Billing system is a complete mess, and they keep making billing mistakes. We should charge them for the time wasted on the phone. Even picking up the garbage seem to be difficult task for this company. The driver keeps looking inside the first few bins, and if they are empty they do not check the rest, and leave the garbage behind. We have 12 bins. They do charge you as if they had picked the garbage, even after you cancel service.

Just took my plastic water bottles to the Dixon Recycle on 1st and C street and made $79.53. My pickup was filled up though. Quantity was 59.80 pounds @ $-1.33 per pound. You can take your soda cans and glass bottles too. On Saturdays, you can take your electronic waste. They also have an oil dump too. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Efficient system for turning in your recycling. The staff is friendly. Only issue is not enough cans on busy days. It can take a while to get out of there.
